Delete account

You can delete your Reinos de Prisma account in two ways:

In the game (browser or Android app): sign in and, on the Choose your character screen, tap Delete account and confirm with your password.
Here: enter your username and password below.

What is deleted

The account (username and password), all characters, items, zen, the vault and the farm plot. This happens immediately and cannot be undone. Server backups are replaced within 30 days. Offers already listed in the Market and messages already sent in chat may remain visible to other players, with no link to the account. Forgot your password? Write to contato@systemdevops.com.br and we will delete it for you.
