Privacy policy

This policy applies to all games and apps by SystemDevOps Games (“we”), in the browser, on Google Play and on the App Store, and to this website. It explains what data we process, why, and your rights under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.
1. Data we process
- Game account (online games only, such as Reinos de Prisma): username, a password stored only as a cryptographic hash (bcrypt, never the password itself) and your progress (characters, items, achievements).
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, language, and access and error logs, used to keep the service running, secure and free of abuse.
- In-game usage: anonymous or pseudonymous events (for example, level completed, session length, screen opened) to understand what works and improve our games. We do not link these events to your name.
- On-device storage: offline progress, settings and the “remember me” code are stored on your device or browser (local storage). You can delete them by clearing the app or site data.
- Contact: if you write to us, we keep your email and message to reply.
We do not ask for or store sensitive data, ID documents or card details.
2. Advertising
Some free games show ads from Google AdMob (or mediation partners). These services may use your device’s advertising ID, cookies and technical data to show and measure ads and prevent fraud, under their own policies (how Google uses data in ads). Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first; on iOS, Apple asks whether you allow tracking (ATT). You can decline or change your choice at any time in the game or device settings, and ads will still show, just not personalized.
3. Purchases
In-game purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store. We never receive your card details; we only receive the purchase confirmation to unlock the item. We may use a purchase validation service (such as RevenueCat), which receives an anonymous identifier and the store receipt.
4. Why we use data
- To provide the game, save your progress and deliver what you bought (performance of the service you requested).
- To keep things secure, prevent cheating and abuse, and comply with the law (legitimate interest and legal obligation).
- To understand usage and improve games, texts, difficulty and offers (legitimate interest, with anonymous or pseudonymous data).
- To show ads, as described in section 2 (consent, where required).
5. Sharing
We do not sell data. We share only what is needed with those who help us operate: server hosting, the app stores, the ad provider and the purchase validation provider, each under its own privacy policy. We may also disclose data when required by law or by an authority.
6. Retention
Account data is kept while the account exists. Technical logs are kept for up to 6 months unless the law requires longer. Usage events are kept in aggregate form. When you delete your account, we remove its data within 30 days (backups are overwritten afterwards).
7. Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights
You may request confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, a copy, anonymization or deletion, information about sharing, and withdrawal of consent. To delete your account, use the game or the Delete account page. For the other requests, write to contato@systemdevops.com.br with the game and your username. You may also file a complaint with your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
9. Security
We use encrypted connections (https), hashed passwords, restricted server access and backups. No system is 100% secure, but we will notify affected users and the authorities if a relevant incident happens.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version; important changes will be announced in the game or on this page.
